Tavix for WorkEarly access

Tuti for your whole company.

Everyone gets their own Tuti. Each team gets AI teammates that do real work in your apps. You decide what Tuti can see and do, and every action is logged.

From 2 seats. SSO and SCIM included, never an upsell.

Ask the company.

Ask in Slack, Teams or the web. Tuti answers from the docs and chats you’re allowed to see, and shows each source with its owner and last update. If the answer is in a doc you can’t open, it tells you who owns it.

Only what people meant to share.

Tuti uses a document only when two keys open. You can open it in the app it lives in, and its owner shared it to a Space you belong to. A file someone shared by link by mistake stays out of your answers.

Spaces
Personal, team, company and restricted. Admins attach folders, channels and projects to each one on purpose.
Labels
Public, internal, confidential and restricted, mapped from Google and Microsoft labels when you have them.
Access requests
Tuti can say a doc exists and who owns it, without showing what’s in it. Restricted Spaces stay fully hidden.

AI teammates that do the job.

A teammate has a name, a job, an owner and a budget. Mention it in Slack, email it or assign it a ticket. It works in its own cloud computer with a real browser, so it can use apps that have no API.

Its own identity
A name, a mailbox and a Slack account. It acts as itself, so the log shows what it did. When it needs your access, you give it for a set time, and the log says “Penny on behalf of Dana”.
A named owner
Every teammate reports to a person. The owner gets a daily summary of what’s done, waiting and blocked, and what it spent.
Trust it in stages
It starts in shadow mode and only suggests what it would do. Then every action needs approval. It works on its own only after its accept rate earns it.
A scorecard
Tasks done, accept rate, hours saved, cost per task and escalations, for every teammate.

It asks before anything risky.

Tuti scores each action before it runs: can it be undone, does it move money or leave the company, and how sensitive is the data. Low-risk steps just happen. Riskier ones wait for a person to approve on their phone, in Slack or by email.

Smart approvals
Admins set the limits for each role, teammate and workflow. People can make their own limits stricter, never looser.
Outside content raises the bar
Once Tuti has read something from outside the company, like an email, a web page or a guest’s file, its next outbound or irreversible actions ask first. A hidden instruction in a web page can’t quietly send your data anywhere.

Outside content raises the bar

  1. Read an email from a new sender

  2. Wants to send a file outside the company

  3. Asks first

Every action, with receipts.

Every tool call, browser click and approval is recorded with a screenshot, and every search with whose access it used. Replay any run step by step.

Describe a workflow in one sentence.

Tuti turns the sentence into steps you can see and edit. A dry run on real data sends nothing, and you see what each run costs before you turn it on.

Try it on your next security questionnaire.

Send Tuti the spreadsheet, PDF or portal link. It answers from your verified answers and policies, cites a source for each answer, and sends the questions it can’t answer to their owners.

Find overshared files on day one.

Connect Google Drive, SharePoint or Slack. Tuti finds files open to anyone with the link, secrets in public channels, HR folders open to everyone and guests who still have access. Fix each one with a click. The report is free.

Google, Microsoft, Slack and 50 more apps.

Admins connect a workspace once. Tuti searches it with each person’s own access. For apps without an API, it uses a real browser.

Start with a kit. Live in ten minutes.

Each kit connects one or two apps, sets up the teammate and shows a result in the first hour.

  • Ask the company

Cited answers in Slack and Teams, access requests and a weekly report of questions nobody could answer.

  • Security questionnaires

Answers questionnaires and RFPs from your verified answers and sends the gaps to their owners.

  • Onboarding buddy

A 30/60/90 checklist for each new hire. Answers their questions, books intro meetings and chases access.

  • CRM upkeep

Reads email and meeting notes, updates Salesforce or HubSpot and writes a brief before each call.

  • Weekly status

Pulls from Linear, Jira, GitHub and Slack and writes each team’s update for the lead to edit and send.

  • Support replies

Drafts Zendesk and Intercom replies from your docs and turns repeated questions into new articles.

  • Finance ops

Turns invoices from a shared mailbox into QuickBooks or Xero bills and chases missing receipts.

  • Meeting notes

Joins the call, writes notes and decisions, files tasks and drafts the follow-up email.

  • On-call and triage

Builds the incident timeline, triages issues, answers from runbooks and opens fixes for review.

  • IT and access

Checks policy, gets the manager’s approval and sets up access to the tool someone asked for.

Common questions.

Can I use Tavix for Work today?
We’re opening Tavix for Work to a small group of companies first, through the 14-day pilot. Start a pilot and we’ll set up your workspace with you. Features roll out during early access, and the items marked Coming on this page come later.
How is this different from my personal Tuti?
It’s the same Tuti in a separate work workspace. Work adds company knowledge, AI teammates, admin controls and the audit log. Your personal Tuti, its memory and its connections stay apart from work.
Can Tuti show someone a document they shouldn’t see?
No. Tuti checks both keys for every search: the person can open the document in its app, and its owner shared it to a Space the person belongs to. Access is checked again live for confidential content. If neither key opens, the document isn’t used.
Do you train AI models on our data?
No. It’s in the contract, and the model providers we use don’t keep your data.
What does it cost?
Team is $17 per seat a month billed yearly, or $20 month to month. It uses Claude Sonnet 5.5 by default and includes $8 in pooled AI credits per paid seat a month. Business is $42, or $50 month to month. It uses Claude Opus 5.5 by default and includes $25 in pooled AI credits per paid seat a month. Yearly billing gives you two months free. Viewer seats are free. Enterprise is priced with you. Usage caps are on by default, overage is off, and runs that fail on our side are never billed.
We already pay for ChatGPT or Copilot. Do we have to switch?
No. Connect them to Tavix as an MCP server, and they can use your company’s knowledge with the same access rules and audit log.
